We usually keep a citrusy session IPA on hand at the shop to quench our thirst on those hot summer, Southern California afternoons. Somehow, we accidentally pitched a saison yeast in our last batch… but we decided to run with the mistake. Fermented at high temps and dry hopped with Citra, the classic saisons esters in this brew make it a real screamer when the mood strikes for something different.
I think this is the best label yet!
